Looksminning Leaders

For those who don't know, "Looksmaxxing" is a trend where people try to optimize their physical appearance. Well, we're going to do the opposite. I'll take a picture of your leaders and your job is to get a second picture of them looking hideous. The winning small group will be the one with the furthest fall compared to the first picture.

 

How to Open up to God and Why it Matters

Sometimes it feels like knowing God is just a system of putting in more personal effort to get more relationship with God, but that's not the case. A lot of time it's just as simple as being open. What does that mean, how do you really do that, and how will it change you? Find out more this Friday!

 

 

Who are we?

Two groups: iConnect (Grades 6-7) and Sola (Grades 8-12)

When do we meet?

Friday Nights, 7-9PM at the Bethany Building unless mentioned otherwise

What Happens on Fridays:

Games, worship, socializing, and small group time. Usually, all grades meet together in the Youth Room (enter through Lounge doors). We play games for the first hour, and have worship time, teaching and small groups for the second hour. Small groups are divided based on grade and gender (e.g. iConnect boys, Grades 8-10 girls, etc.).  

 

Are You a Youth Parent?

We want to know how you're doing! What are you dealing with at home? What are your concerns and your relationship with the church? We want to make sure we're serving your youth well, and want to hear your thoughts about how things are going.

 

Date: April 26th

Time: Right after the service, in the Hub

Length: 20 Minutes

For: Parents of youth grades 6 though 12

 

Sunday Mornings - 10am 

Grades 6+7 meet in the hub during the service, wait for the dismissal slide.

All students must register online before attending their first event of the year. This waiver is valid until August 2025 and covers all events, activities and outings.
